How is a villa booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once both parties sign the rental agreement and a 30% deposit is received via bank transfer.
The agreement outlines payment terms, cancellation policy, check-in and check-out times, house rules, and any special conditions related to your stay.
Once signed and paid, your dates are officially secured.
